Returns & Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable once opened.

  • Adult products and intimate items cannot be returned or refunded if opened or used

  • Any item that has been opened, used, or tampered with is not eligible for return

Damaged or Defective Items

    • The packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer:

Refund Process

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Order Issues

If you experience any issues with your order (missing items, incorrect items, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it promptly.

Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase

  • After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
